NAME: Kevin Durant

D.O.B: 9/29/88

HOME: Washington, D.C. (currently residing in Oklahoma City, OK)

BIO: Kevin Durant may have four NBA seasons under his belt, but he plays like a 10-year veteran. One of the most highly recruited high school athletes to play college ball, Durant signed with the University of Texas under head coach Rick Barnes. After a record-setting year with the Longhorns, he declared for the NBA draft and was chosen as the second overall draft pick by the Seattle Supersonics. The team relocated to Oklahoma City and was renamed the Thunder in 2008. KD averaged 27.7 points per game on average in 2011 and has twice been an NBA All-Star starter. In 2012, Durant's game climbed to further heights (even taller than his 6'9" frame), as he claimed All-Star Game MVP, took his team to the NBA finals and won gold at the 2012 Summer Olympics, setting a scoring record in the process.
